Once upon a time there was8 a community event called the AHA Midlands ❤ Digital Walk which created an opportunity for my colleagues & I to team up together for this initiative  that is close to our hearts.

Our team name is Wellness Warriors! Together we walk to support Midlands Heart efforts.

Together we walk to increase awareness of ❤ health.

Together we walk while remembering our family,  friends & many others affected by heart disease.

The good deeds of our Wellness Warriors Team and everyone else supporting Midlands ❤ efforts does not go unnoticed. Keep on being an advocate for Heart Health. Your Kindness Matters.
