FOOD FOR OUR SOUL
"Better is a dinner of herbs where love is, than a stalled ox and hatred within"(Proverbs 15:7). It is up to us to be in the presence of love. Resting & relaxing each day are essential food for our heart & soul so we can share the love with others in our path.
I am sharing my top 10 ways to nourish our soul:
1. Pray🙏 Spend time with God and  love God, yourself and others.
2. Create a Gratitude Journal📝Jot down something or some one you are grateful for along with reasons why each day.
3. Practice deep breathing & Visualize how u can live a life that glorifies God. Create a vision board and post it on your wall.
4. Share your testimony with someone for God's glory🙌
5. Sing 🎤or dance or workout or walk with praises to God.
6. Listen to inspirational music🎶
7. Create something or send a card to someone.
8.  Meditate on what it feels like to let go and let God.
9. Get a massage.
10. Take a hot bath with aromatherapy.
In the name of Jesus, I invite the Holy Spirit in my present at all times. Thank u God for always being with us in good and bad times. You are our provider God so we go lacking for nothing in your name. Forgive us lord for thinking we have things in our control. Without you we are nothing. Please help us to show ❤share💕to you God, ourself and any one else that crosses your path. Amen!
